Can't connect to EM Console on Windows 7

I just got a new workstation installed with Windows 7. When I tried to access GC Console on my computer, windows security box open prompt for username and password.  I entered sysman and password but it keep asking for username and password for 3 times and then "401 Unauthorized" page pop up.  I had check sysman password and I was able to login using sqlplus the same password for sysman.  This was working fine in Windows XP. Is there anyone out there know how to fix this?  Thank you very much.
