Moving SO Header Records to History (F4201 -> F42019)

There are 2 different methods to move SO Header (F4201) records to the SO Header History (F42019) table, as below.

Using R42800 - Sales Update program, if you enter a 'blank' in processing option #7 on the Update tab, records will be purged to the SO Header History table.  The text behind the p.o. states: "Records are purged from the Sales Order Header (F4201) table only if no open detail lines with a matching order type and order number combination exist in the Sales Order Detail table. 

Using R4201P - Purge SO Header UBE, there is no indication that the program does any kind of check of the matching records in the F4211 before purging the records.
