Need API For Upload Expenditure Balabce to Oracle Projects

Hi, All

          For Upload Legacy Expenditure Balabce to Oracle Projects Open Interface  Transaction Import is available but  is there any API   for transaction Import  without using  PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL.
