Hi All,

Does anyone know what are the possible causes of the form error below:

Error encounter when trying to link vendors and banking details and when cliking the scheduled payments error FRM-40735: WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422.
Also, zoom error was encoutered when trying to inquire for cost centres.
