Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Jumbo frame size supported?

Hello,

we would need to know whether our Sun Fire V250 server's NIC supports jumbo frame size standard.

We use the NIC integrated in the motherboard. The NIC driver is bge. This is the driver version:

# /usr/bin/strings /platform/sun4u/kernel/drv/sparcv9/bge | /usr/bin/grep BCM
BCM579x driver v0.39
