... having trouble to install the Olite part as per the installation instructions referred to in Note 1227863.1 - Mobile Field Service and Olite Certification Matrix ? Or did you do the installation but it just does not seem to work like it should?

This would be intended for first time installations only to familiarize yourself with the installation process, guided by an Oracle Support Engineer. It would not be intended for additional installations, next to an already working one, as then the installation process itself would already be known while that is the intention of the suggested guidance.
