Register plugins on cluster

Hi,

I have a customer that is trying to register plugins on cluster environment using ant without success. The solution described on note 745253.1 does not work for them. He has a cluster environment with two managed servers on two separate hardware machines. Do they have to register each plugin twice, once on each managed server?
