Is it normal that AP_CHECKS_ALL.PAYMENT_METHOD_LOOKUP_CODE and BANK_ACCOUNT_ID are not populated for

Hi,

We have some payments in AP_CHECKS_ALL with bank account id and payment method lookup code fields blank. Is it normal? Under what kind of condition these fields will not be populated?
