Customize Separate remittance advice

Hi
I need to customize the separate remittance advice I'm working in the release 12.1.3, I downloaded the template (IBYR_SRA.rtf) made the changes, modify the package IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB, everything was fine, then I uploaded the new template with the customization into my directory $IBY_TOP/12.0.0/patch/115/publisher/templates/US at this moment I think that i will finish so I test but the format wasn't the customizations, I review and download again my template from XML Publisher manager and my customization wasn't in the template that I download. How I have to upload the new version of the template?
