Why Does Posted Time In Gl_JE_Batches Not Match Posting Report?

Last updated by for Batch and Journal Header shows a time stamp of 8:35

Posting Report, with all completed status with no errors, shows 7:41  I would have expected times to be close, not nearly an hour apart.

Neither batch nor entry was reversed, however entry does have a category of Reversing Accrual (to be reversed next period upon opening the period) Time zone should not be an issue.

Oracle GL 11.5.10.2+ (database11gR2)
