Hello,

In 11i when a serial number had more than one contract the “active” contract was the  one which was default checked on the SR but after upgrading to R12 we see that if a serial# has 2 contracts one with Entered status and one with Active status...The contract with Entered status has the check box defaulted...

Can you please let me know why this it is behaving differently in R12 and if there is a way I can control this to default the contract check box checked only for Active status
