Receiving an error during the cloning process. Found Note 103092.1, but how to apply to mid-clone e

My apologies if this is the wrong group for this document.  I didn't see any groups for the Tech Stack or ATG.

We have upgraded our E-business suite for Extended support and have applied ATG RUP 7.  We are running on Solaris 10 on Sparc.

This is my first attempt to clone the production database to our development environment.  I have successfully run the following command:

perl adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack

I have completed the clone of the database.  It has its new SID and has been rolled forward to the desired date.  I have run the appsutil/adupdlib.sql command.

I am trying to run the next command in my cloning process:
