How to cost a resource without modifying the Routing for make items on ATO orders?

Hi,

  We have orders in OM with ATO items that end up creating discrete jobs and $items. Is there a way to add a Resource that gets costed for all these discrete jobs (created from orders for ATO items) without having to modify the routings for each of our ATO make items?

Please advise.
