URL to a report in OTM 6.1

In OTM v5.5 you could run a report using a URL to the report server and passing the parameters in the URL. Is this possible in OTM v 6.1 using BIPublisher?  If so is there any documentation  on this?

I tried running http://<servername>/GC3/glog.webserver.oracle.bi.BIPReportProcessServlet?P_GL_USER='MTS.RLATHROP''&P_FORMAT='HTML' and I recieved a message from the GC3 Report Server Proxy Hacking Message.

Session User is not same as Reporting User. Can't process request
