Unable to Burst Payslips to external domains

We are using the "Bursting Control program" to send the employees payslips monthly.it's working fine for the employees whom their mail accounts is on our mail server
But for other employees on external domains (i.e M@gmail.com) are not able to receive the same.

Please advice how to overcome this issue
