Employee and Position ID

Hi ,

1.How to create a Contract Employee in the system. When we create an Employee,the search type is "E".What will be the search type for the Contract Employee.

2. Does a position id is created for one job type or it can be created for multiple job types?  If we are creating a position id,we need to mention the job type for that position id?
