Cloning Solaris 9 system

I have a Solaris 9 system (V210) with 2 72G hard drives.  On one drive I have root, usr, opt and export file systems.  On the other disk drive I have the var file system.  I would like to copy all this information 2 another V210 system that has 2 146G hard drives.  I have tried using UFSDUMP to dump the filesystems to tape.  Then tried restoring them on the other system.  But I receive the following errors

# newfs /dev/rdsk/c1t0d0s0
newfs: /dev/rdsk/c1t0d0s0 last mounted as /
newfs: construct a new file system /dev/rdsk/c1t0d0s0: (y/n)? y

Howdy, Stranger!
