Question: How to put Quotation price into PO?

Dear Gurus,
Currently, we're using ORacle  E-Business Suite R11.5.9.
From PR ( create, approved) autocreate to PO (standard PO).
New policy will be:
From PR (create, approved) - will autocreate RFQ (create, distribute) - will receive Quotation - autocreate PO (from PR).
Question is: can the price in Quotation will be automatically put in PO?

Or, the application process doesn/t work that way?
Please inform me.
