Query regarding Child Asset Line Item Suspension

Hello Experts,

The customer has a requirement on suspending on the child Asset line item within a Root Asset hierarchy. Based on the OOTB Sample DB, when a child asset is selected in Account Summary view and click on Suspend button. the whole Root Asset hierarchy is suspended. Could you please help to advise if such Child Asset Line Item level suspension is supported?

I have tested the suspend scenario. When I select and suspend a child product B, I am getting the below:

Product A - Action Code: Suspend
Product B - Action Code: Suspend
Product C - Action Code: Suspend
