Getting OPS Mail Notifications Error

Dear All.,

Can any one solution for this below issue. When we configured Sun Ops Center for testing purpose E-mail notifications not able to get the alerts. Notification logs shows the below message.

Thread: Failed to send Email to user root. (90017)Invalid protocol: null
