How to secure drilldown from GL to SLA for Payroll Journals

We are working on our R12 upgrade and have recently completed the setup to enable Payroll integration to SLA.  Our business managers have always wanted the capability to drilldown from a payroll journal in GL to see what employee is associated with the expense, etc.

The issue I am seeking help on is how to secure this drill down so that some users can drill down from GL to the payroll detail and other users cannot.  We have some GL users who are not permitted to see payroll data.  These same users should be able to drilldown from an A/P journal in to the AP details.
