Join us for a two part webcast on making the EBS upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.1.x easier.


A successful upgrade requires careful planning, correct upgrade processing, detailed testing, and user training prior to upgrade. Over two sessions we will discuss the tools that you can use to assist in your upgrade tasks. These tools are available to you via My Oracle Support as part of the E-Business Suite product offerings.


Part I  will be held September 8, 2011 at 8 am PT, 9 am MT, 11 am ET.  Topics will include:
