IR 11.1.1.3.0.956 - 'Report' section blank pages

In a bqy - 'Report' section, there is always a blank page as the last page of the report.  Also, the report includes a table and if the table extends to 8 1/2 inches, another blank page is generated after it.   The report is 'grouped' by ID.  I also have an issue with the table if there is no data in the table, a blank page is where the table should be for that ID.  I can understand and deal with the empty table, but is there a way to suppress the other blank pages?
