Does anyone have information on using new Batch Import for COA - F09011Z?

I have been searching the site for information on how to utilize the new batch import feature available in A9.2 to upload the chart of accounts, but am unable to find any documentation on the exact process.  There is a good document on how to import journal entries and was hoping for something similar for this file.  Does anyone have this information or can you direct me to where I would find it?
