Issue with setting up OM attachment to be seen in WSH Delivery

I have followed the set ups below to get Attachment defined on Sales Order to be visible in WSH Delivery

1)Navigate to Application Developer -> Attachment Functions ->   Query the functions (WSHFSTRX and OEXOEORD)
and assign the Category( eg: short text)
2) For the function WSHFSTRX , Select Block > DLVB > Entities
3) Add "OM Order Header" as entity .
Select the following
---------------------
Privileges tab
 Query-Always , Insert - Never , Update -Never ,Delete - Never
Primary Key Fields Tab :DLVB.source_header_id

HOWEVER, the the doc attached is not visible in WSH Delivery line in Shipping Transaction form . Any idea on what i am missing?
