Anyone know what error "PROV-16011: Auth fail" means?  My DBA is trying to install (update?) the OGC 11G agent on a Solaris 10 LDom.  He is using ssh-agent and can ssh without being prompted for a password.  He preformed the install on the test LDoms over a week ago and is now working on the production LDoms.
Here are the messages that we think are important:


INFO: ===VALIDATION===:Checking Password Validity on target nodes
INFO: NODES=xxx.yyy.zzz SIZE=1
INFO: Running cmd /bin/true on node  xxx.yyy.zzz
INFO: Error Message: PROV-16011: Auth fail


After the attempt the oracle account is always locked.
