One Tax for LE1 & LE2, how to derive account based on different BSV's

I have two Legal Entities LE1 & LE2 having respectives BSV's BSV1 for LE1

BSV2 for LE2

bolth have same ledger

I have created a Tax VAT

how can i setup tax to be used for both LE's

i can apply tax in LE1 but when i use LE2 tax is applied but it says to create account

How to handle this
