Web Service Sample Lead & Self-Service Application Add-On Applications

in CRM On Demand - Web Services Integration (MOSC) Question
Hi,

I'm new to CRM On Demand and currently have a 30 day trial account.  I've been exploring how On Demand can provide me with the functionality that I'm looking for and one area that I'm attempting to investigate is a web portal for the creation of Service Requests. 

I have downloaded from CRM On Demand > Training and Support > Add-On Applications > Web Service Sample Lead & Self-Service Application........however, I can't work out what to do next!!!

Does anyone have any information as what to do once I've downloaded the application.  I've unzipped all the contents of the download file, and if I navigate to the folder Web_Services_Lead_SelfService_Samples > WebSelfServiceSample-1-28-05-pwd_OnDemand > WebSelfService ....there is only one file that is an HTML file "WebSelfService.htm" and if I double click on it then all that happens is Internet Explorer is launched and just shows the source code of the html file.
