Roles Definition

Hi,

I have created a Project and assigned in the Key Members window an employee as Project Manager.

Which is the system behaviour with the employees or users (that have not assigned a person in the user definition) that have access to the Project Menu. Can they update the Project definition and access to all the transactions?
