F03B11 alpha name change

We have recently discovered that records in the F03B11 have had their Alpha name amended on a specific customer address book.
Reading documentation it seems that R03B802 will do this, however this job has not been run to our knowledge.

All records for this customer prior to mid July'11 have been amended to a name which no longer exists (did exist back in 2002). Records after mid July are correct and reflect the current F0101 name.

Does any other program or process update this field on this table i.e effectivity dates somehow?

Any assistance or advise would be much appreciated.
