'File does not begin with '%PDF-'

We have upgraded OBIEE 10g to 11g, in upgrade there was no error, every thing was working fine, lateron publisher reports started giving following error:'File does not begin with '%PDF-'

This error is coming only with few templates. We have date prompts in all of our reports. When the user selects such a date for which there is no data, this error appears for some of the templates. For other templates if there is no data for the selected date, empty report is presented to the user.

My concern is the following error message, which user shall not receive
