First levels only for configured ATO Model

When working with configured ATO models, the entire BOM is shown as default. It is possible to set the Option "Show Line Details"

But is it in any way possible to only show all First Level components? in the order lines view.

When an order is booked and must be approved, according to specific workflow, only the first 5 lines are shown in the approval page. Again - is it possible to show all First Level compenents. (Approver is not interrested in seeing a lot of Phantom items.)

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
