Space between tables. Where does it come from?

Hello all.

I have a problem with space between tables when creating RTF templates in MS Word 2007. I am using BI Publisher Template Builder 10.1.3.4 to build forms. I have one table that contains my header columns. This table is inside a sub-template that I call as my header. The body (as defined by <?start:body?> <?end body?> tags, contains the detail for-each loop. There is no visible white space before or after either of the tables, yet when it previews, there is a 1/4-1/2" space on the page. Any idea why this happens and how to eliminate the white space. It
