Solaris 10 u9 lumake (Updating a Previously Configured BE)
Hello,
I was studying Updating a Previously Configured Boot Environment but I didn't understand if only updated files are put into the previously configured BE.
Furthermore I don't see for what this can be useful as what seems more common is a gap between a current BE and an updated ABE waiting for a reboot window to get active.
Definitely it's best to have ZFS as the underlying FS for playing with liveupgrade (as we have the copy-on-write advantage).
Regards,
Carlos.
