Unable to roll up when 'Based on RollUp' is checked

Hi All,

Everytime for the first try I am Unable to roll up when Based on RollUp is checked but after some hours if I try again it is getting rolled up. I am not sure what exactly causing this issue. Please find the attached screenshot of the error msg I am getting.

Appreciate if anyone can suggest me the possible ways to fix this issue or atleast the root cause of this issue.
