PN:Approval for Leases

Hi, Property Manager R12.1.3
I am unable to send the Lease through the Approval Process. After creating the Lease, I am selecting the Approval Status as 'Submitted'.
However, it directly changes from Draft to Final.
The Profile option - PN: Use Lease Approval Workflow is set to YES.
In AME the approval rule and approvers have been defined.
