Can I run Oracle Forms over my Android?

I support third party software that uses Oracle Forms from a web browser.  When I call the URL from my Android smart phone and click on the link, the screen goes blank.  No error messages so I am assuming I need java installed which I understand is not available for my device.  Am I just out of luck?
