unable To register My Device via BUI, web rpc error

I have a S7410 that needs to be registered with Oracle for ASR but when I attempt to do so I get this error:

 "web rpc failed (expected response code 200, got 409)"

Proxy logs indicate the device is trying to connect to inventory.sun.com, which is de-commissioned...  I'm on the latest firmware, is anyone else seeing this?
