Understanding the differences between Solaris 10 updates

Hello,
Except for this time I always forget to post what people frequently ask me and in fact I don't know the answer.

Is there any difference between, say, a Solaris 10 u8 "fully patched" and a Solaris 10 u9 "fully patched"?
Or yet, a fully patched Solaris 10 uX becomes equivalent to a Solaris 10 u9 "fully patched" system?
What would be some evidences of the differences between "fully patched" Solaris 10 updates?
