Make a webform accessible from outside of ODM

Hi,
We have created an online inquiry type of form within the ODM and attached it to a branding template.

The form seems to be inserted into the template and we can preview it, however we cannot figure out how to find the URL for this form so we can  create a hyperlink from out main website to it.

Appreciate your help.
