Unable to use tax in AR

 Hi, 

I have setup tax from ebtax manager. The tax that I setup can be used in AP transaction. But I cannot use the tax in AR, cause there is following error::

"The system cannot dtermine the default tax rate for tax PPN Masukan and tax status PPN-IN. please contact your tax manager either to specify a default tax rate code for this tax stats and date 14 aug-11 orto define appropriate rate determination ruls"

Kindly help which setup tax that I missed?
