Agile Application Deployment

We are in the new implementation stage of Agile PLM 9.3.1.  During a PX install, we find out one of instance did not have <Agile Home>/integration directory. The reason is DBA did not select API component during installation. I run agile installer to install API only. After that, I tried PX install again, but Agile cannot recognize the API just installed: The PX jar file is already copied to the right location <AGILE_HOME>/integration/sdk/extentions,  but when configure the PX, we cannot see any thing from 'Initiate From' drop down list. The consultant told me I need to 're-deploy' Agile server after API is added to Agile.
