Excel 2007 Compile Error Duplicate Option Statement

I am receiving Compile Error: Duplicate Option Statement when downloading Project Budget via WEBADI in Excel 2007.  Any ideas what I can check?

I have already looked at Trust Center Settings as per recommendation / Disabled Add-in's.
