ESB 11.5.10 and R12 migration

Hello,
We are using EBS 11.5.10 now and next year we will upgrade our version to R12. I want to prepare an presentation about inventory, purchasing and oerder management modules. It shows differences between 11i and R12? Apart from that, what is the pros and cons of R12?
Could you send me some reference documents?
