Zoom trigger raised unhandled exception. ORA-01403

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We encounter Zoom trigger raised unhandled exception. ORA-01403 when we try to add segment values to the cost centre descriptive flexfield. Can any help me to fix the issue?
