Need of capacity planning functionality

Hi All,

I am implementing capacity planning functionality.

Would like to know the following:

1. Whether basic MRP alone is required.

2. Am aware that capacity planning menu is available inside Manufacturing and distribution manager responsibility.

But unable to find responsibility in sysadmin user and also APplication developer -> responsibility does not shows that as well.

Please let me know if we need any other specific module is required.
