Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. HiI need advise how to sent a workflow message to team member when he is assigned to project.

For example. "You are assigned as "||Project Rôle|| "on project.

Which workflow to use or is there any standard functionalty to be used.
