PAY: Daily pays in Kronos Time File import into Payroll

We have several Day Pay elements for Hourly employees.  The amounts vary by department and or location.  Most are being uploaded though BEE spreadsheets in payroll.  We have been entering some through OTL with one element to one rate, but are now considering moving all to Kronos and including all day pays through Kronos as Units (1 Unit = 1 Day).  Is there a way to build a table in Payroll for element with multiple rates determined by Location or Org?

Anyone every done this or have any ideas?
