Assign Equipment ID on Shipment

Hi!I have three Shipment Equipment in ONE Shipment.
I want to assign for each Shipment Equipment ID uniq Equipment ID (Action>Fleet Management>Assign>Equipment), but OTM assign EquipmentID only to one Shipment Equipment ID. And it is not possible to assign Equipment ID to the remaining two Shipment Equipment ID.
How do I configure it?
