The ability to 'Drilldown' from Division Level Reports to Region Level Reports for that Division

New requirement to be able to view the Region Level Report (which is posted on the Company's Intranet) from the Division Level Repot (which is also posted on the Company's Intranet).  Is there some XML code that calls a function that allows the passing of a parameter to a hyperlink that I can put in a form field on the report?  Or is drilling down not supported in the current EBS version of the tool?
